Refunds can only be given if requested within 24 hours of purchasing/booking. After that timeframe, the deposit is nonrefundable.

An invoice will be sent for the remaining balance if the full payment was not made. The remaining balance is required  for your files to be sent off.

Payment Schedule (Late fees apply)

- If deposit was made to begin, 50% of remaining balance is due after revision round 1 is completed
- After revision round 2 is completed, remaining balance is due to finalize project
- Remaining balance can be paid at any time through the client portal
- You will be sent the finalized logos once remaining balance is paid 

After logo is complete, 30 days are allowed for your final/remaining payment. After that time frame has passed, if you would like to continue, a $20 fee will be added to reinstate project and get back started with a new due date.

A payment plan is available with the following restrictions if you will not have balance paid 30 days after finalization:
• Must be confirmed within 2 weeks after proofs are sent
• Must be no less than $20 a week
• Must be paid within 60 days

1. If purchasing a character logo, the payment remains the same regardless of what logo option you end up choosing once the concepts are created. This is because the character is already created, and that time can not be returned

2. It is HIGHLY recommended to add a simple variation, submark or a variation without the character. Characters are cool for some brands, but they do not fit well on everything. (Read this blog post for more info on professional logos)

You will find when expanding more into the professional world, that things will get more and more difficult when you have logos that are heavily detailed and busy. Lots of printers (Storefront printing, embroidery, satin products), use vinyl and mediums that are simply cut into the shape of your logo, not printed per detail. 

Silhouettes are much better if you really want a character, because they can easily be broken into color, and can be easier acclimated into professional settings

As a brand designer focused on the long-haul and expansion, here is the process:

1. Researching your field and competitors 

2. Making sure your color scheme represents the feelings that your brand should give

3. Using your brand goals/visions to create 2 logo concepts for your to choose from

4. Creating mockups for each design to see how they will fit in various settings

5. Creating presentation with concepts, my opinions, mockups, and your brand identity

When you approve of a final logo, you will be provided with:

• Vector PDF
• Transparent PNG
• Default JPEG
• Mood JPEG
• Black/White JPEG for trademarking
• Other files such as Ai, EPS, PSD, etc. are available as well!

You will also receive a brand board with your logo's color codes, mood and fonts. This keeps everything about your brand aligned and consistent.
